Build + Assemble

A store manager should be able to answer a normal question without SQL - and without us.

I built custom BI for the team. This answers easy questions, so managers have time for the ones that matter.

  1. BuildChoose fields, run the query, pick the chart the measure actually allows.
  2. SaveName it once. Everything after this points at that one object.
  3. AssembleA shared board, and nothing gets rebuilt to put it there.
  4. ShareThe chart you built is the one everyone opens.

A rule change ships the same afternoon.

A wrong rule is one change, live that afternoon. Bought, you write to another company, wait in their queue, then wait again for whatever release they put it in.

No per-seat cost, so everyone gets a seat.

Everyone who is measured on a number can open the view that makes it. No licence to request, no analyst to wait for.

It refuses the question before it becomes a wrong answer.

Drag a ratio into a place that would make the math lie and the shelf will not take it. Average AOV across the five stores and you get $456.19; the right answer is $458.26. Exports carry the raw numbers, so a spreadsheet cannot average an average either.
